TRIDENT

Welcome to TRIDENT, a division of the Metropolitan Police Service with the aims of targeting gun crime, reducing gun crime and ensuring the ongoing safety of citizens within the city. TRIDENT gained recognition for its ongoing collaboration with gangs, and its clear focus on high calibre crimes such as murder and firearm offenses. The division regularly patrols with large manpower focusing on addressing key established areas such as armed store robberies as well as drug deals bringing down gangs within the city.

The Criminal Investigations Department sits within TRIDENT ensuring the ongoing gathering of intelligence leading to operations and a reduction in organised crime, drug deals and gun crime within the city.

TRIDENT operates with a clear focus on engaging with individuals that have been involved in criminal activities to secure information and cooperation to hold criminals accountable. T the collaboration between the individual and the TRIDENT unit can result in a reduction in jail time and/or fine depending on the level of support and information provided leading to arrests. A case from 2007 involves an individual known as 'Spyder,' facing a potential 16-year prison term for a series of criminal charges. Opting for cooperation with TRIDENT, Spyder contributed information in exchange for a more lenient sentence. It is noteworthy that such options, extended by the police force, are rare in the UK and typically reserved for the most severe cases.

Expectations of a TRIDENT Member

Members of TRIDENT are some of the most elite members of the MPS overall. You will receive the highest standard of training, be trusted with perks such as plain clothes, interrogations and SMGs to go alongside the TRIDENT roleplay. TRIDENT members act as role-models for every member of the MPS, and as such candidates will only be accepted in the case that they display an appropriate skill set, including but not limited to maturity, dedication and leadership. 

Joining TRIDENT

Members of TRIDENT are personally handpicked by TRIDENT Command or have undergone our recruitment stage . In order to be eligible to join TRIDENT, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be handpicked by TRIDENT Command, with all three command members agreeing

• Utmost professionalism at all times both in and out of the game.

• Showcase a high calibre of roleplay within the city

If an individual does not want to take TRIDENT seriously, they will not be within the division. If you want to go along with “it’s just a game”, then look towards joining another division. This is not the division for you.
