The Commissioner is overall responsible and accountable for the police department. The Commissioner leads on public communications being the face of the PD. They are responsible for ensuring the gold command stay up to date with events, and are forward thinking.
The Deputy Commissioner is second in command within the Police Department; the Deputy Commissioner will automatically fill in for the Commissioner should be unavailable, and ensure the high command continue on with work. They also play a key part in dealing with any PD issues that are brought to the gold command.
The Assistant Commissioner is the third in command. They are in place to assist both the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner with any tasks that are required, they also play a part in ensuring communication between the rest of gold command.
The Deputy Assistant Commissioner works closely with the Assistant Commissioner assisting in day to day responsibilities. They are also responsible in working together with the Commander to oversee any divisional issues that may arise.
The Commander works closely with the silver command team and assists then in the operational running of all divisions. They work closely to ensure the smooth running of these, ensuring a direct communications with the silver and gold command teams.

This role ensures the provision of safe, effective and nationally coordinated aerial support to police forces, enhancing operational effectiveness, public safety and value for money.

The Head of the SCO-19 Division is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance and operational oversight of the specialist firearms and armed response capability. This role ensures the division maintains the highest standards of operational readiness, safety, legality and professionalism in the prevention and response to armed threats and serious violence.

The Head of the Trident Division is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance and operational oversight of the specialist capability focused on tackling serious violence, including gun and gang-related crime. This role ensures a coordinated, intelligence-led approach to preventing violence, disrupting organized criminal activity and protecting communities.
This rank is within the Silver Command team and is a supportive role to the Chief Superintendent. As a Superintendent you have proven yourself more than capable with day to day issues within the Police Force. At this rank your helping run a specialised division alongside the divisional command structure, you're expected to follow all PD rules and lead by example.
This rank can be within the Bronze Command team however this is optional. As a Chief Inspector you have proven yourself more than capable with day to day issues within the Police Force. At this rank if you have not already progressed within a specialised division, you will the go to man in the Police Force for any in game issues, officer to officer issues. You will also be there to lead any large scale operations within the Police Force.
As an Inspector you have proven yourself more than capable with day to day issues within the Police Force. At this rank if you have not already progressed within a specialized division, you will the go to man in the Police Force for any in game issues, officer to officer issues. You will also be there to lead any large scale operations within the Police Force.
Once you have reached the rank of Sergeant you have already proven yourself a reliable officer within the police force; a Sergeant is there for any ranking officer below him to come to with in game issues and to overall set and show the right standard to other officers.
At the rank of Police Constable you are experienced enough to patrol on your own. However, you are still relatively new to the Police Force, you are expected to know the basics when it comes to policing on CMG. You are expected to patrol a lot more and take on more challenges while on patrol.
Once you have passed your interview and Field Training Course you will acquire the rank of Police Community Support Officer. At this rank you are not expected to do anything but learn how the police force works, you are expected to not get things completely right. Our FTO officers will guide you through our ride along course to better help you understand what it takes to be a good police officer.
Once you have done all your ride along you will have to complete a final exam before reaching the rank of Police Constable.
A Student Officer is someone who is under the age of 16 or who has previously shown themselves to be troublesome and in need of further assessment of their skills and maturity before being allowed to be a Police Constable. The Interview has additional questions specific to this rank, it includes an extra piece of training called Field Operational Training and 10 hours of Ride-Along instead of the normal 5.
Once you have done all your ride along you will have to complete a final exam before reaching the rank of Police Constable.
Bullying – Zero-Tolerance Policy

Always make sure you know where the line is. The community, members and management are expected to have a zero-tolerance policy on bullying and therefore anyone who breaks this expectation will be removed dealt with accordingly.
